Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Document Control Coordinator opportunities in Norfolk, VA. Responsibilities for a Document Control Coordinator include but are not limited to:

  • Create and maintain Device Master Records (DMR), Device History Records (DHR), and other quality system documentation within the ERP system.

  • Process engineering, specification, and labeling change orders while supporting weekly change control meetings and document distribution.

  • Maintain document databases, assign new part numbers, and ensure current document revisions are available through SAP, Livelink, and company document management systems.

  • Support labeling, document archiving, records management, and quality system compliance while providing administrative support for document requests and special projects.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with 1–2 years of experience in document control, quality, regulatory, or a related administrative role.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, word processing, databases, ERP systems, and document management software; SAP experience is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of FDA regulations, quality systems, or regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.
