Job Description
  • Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service
  • Verify accuracy and quality of deliveries to the Hotel with "hands on" analysis of items with drivers
  • Direct deliveries to storage destinations and assist with the transportation  of such items when necessary
  • Ensure proper storage of deliveries into inventory rooms as designated
  • Monitor and replenish stock/counts through agreed upon par levels
  • Maintain stock and supply areas with accuracy, detailed signage, proper positioning, cleanliness of spaces, and organization
  • Authorize daily requisitions in a timely fashion and insure proper record keeping of all paperwork
  • Gather, build, and issue daily food and beverage daily requisitions
  • Champion our Fedex process of outgoing items, ensuring properly boxed/packed, labeled and recorded
  • Own the loading dock and receiving area to ensure cleanliness and organization
  • Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
  • Follow all health and safety policies 
  • Other duties as assigned

Hourly rate of $27

Qualifications

  • Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications and relevant computer applications
  • Service focused personality and passion for hospitality
  • Works well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
  • Previous experience in hotels preferred
