Job Summary
A growing organization in San Clemente, CA is seeking a Purchasing/Warehouse Clerk for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on position that blends warehouse operations, purchasing support, shipping and receiving, import/export paperwork, and detailed administrative follow-up.
This is a great opportunity to join a stable company with more than 20 years in business that is currently expanding after a recent acquisition. The environment is fast-moving, team-oriented, and well suited for someone who can wear many hats, stay organized, and adapt as priorities shift. The right candidate will bring a reliable, positive, will-do attitude and enjoy contributing to a growing operation where accuracy, teamwork, and accountability matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, inspections, and quality control.
- Assist with purchasing-related clerical tasks, documentation, order follow-up, and vendor or shipment paperwork.
- Prepare, review, and maintain import/export, customs, compliance, and regulated shipping documentation with a high level of accuracy.
- Work with overseas containers, shipping records, receiving documentation, and related logistics paperwork.
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets, reports, and operational records to support purchasing and warehouse activity.
- Pivot quickly between warehouse, administrative, compliance, and operational priorities in a high-growth environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $56,000 to $65,000 per year.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Location: San Clemente, CA.
