Position Overview

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining efficient purchasing processes and supporting smooth supply chain operations.


Key Responsibilities

Place and manage purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to maintainoptimal stock availability

Support purchasing processes and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency
Communicate with vendors, headquarters, and internal teams regarding purchasing status and order updates
Prepare and maintain purchasing reports, documentation, and related records
Assist with inventory tracking and purchasing data management
Support general purchasing and supply chain coordination as needed


Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent (Business, Supply Chain, or related field)
