Position Overview

The Public Area Supervisor oversees public area cleaning teams to ensure resort-level cleanliness, staffing coverage, and service standards across all guest-facing spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct public area attendants across lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and common spaces
  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleanliness meets brand and TSC standards
  • Assign tasks, monitor attendance, and coach team members in real time
  • Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping to respond to guest requests
  • Maintain supply inventory and submit replenishment requests
  • Complete shift reports and escalate any facility issues promptly
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or public area operations required
  • Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills
