This position is a full-time hourly role working day shift Monday through Friday. With competitive pay starting at $17-19/hour, based on experience, this is your chance to join a thriving company rooted in strong values.
Get Hired on the Spot! Join us at our Hiring Event on Wednesday, July 29, from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM or Thursday, July 30, from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM at the Hotel Florence Community Room, 126 W. Evans St., Florence, SC 29501. We're building our team for our new Darlington location opening in mid-August and are ready to interview and hire qualified candidates on the spot!

Your Role as a Custodian
As a Custodian at Spartan Logistics, you will help ensure a clean and safe environment for all employees by:
  • Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and scrubbing floors and stairs
  • Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including sinks, toilets, urinals, and mirrors
  • Restocking supplies and refilling dispensers in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
  • Cleaning break rooms, including sinks, countertops, and appliances
  • Emptying all trash cans and replacing liners
  • Maintaining janitorial equipment in clean, safe working conditions
  • Using and labeling all chemicals properly and safely
  • Performing other duties as assigned

This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, stays organized, and values a clean, safe workplace.
