Key Accountabilities
  • Oversee all Roof Garden operations, with a primary focus on delivering an elevated poolside experience that ensures exceptional service and guest satisfaction
  • Lead, coach and supervise pool servers, maintaing the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and hospitality
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly and discreetly, delivering personalized service
  • Coordinate VIP arrivals and private cabana reservations to create seamless poolside experiences

General Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in food service or pool operation in a luxury hospitality setting
  • Must be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends and holidays
  • Current Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Server certificates
