Job description

Proposal Management Manager
Location: Fort Worth TX
What You Will Be Doing
Lead a Proposal Development Team charged with managing new business competitive proposals under Aeronautics Strategy & Business Development. Oversee additional Aeronautics sites, directing staff, delivering training, establishing careerdevelopment plans, and mentoring team members on increasingly complex proposals while maintaining secure proposal facilities.
Forecast workload, develop budget estimates, and balance internal and external resources to meet campaign demands, coordinating proposalmanagement support across locations as needed.
Manage proposal managers to drive the creation, implementation, and ownership of the comprehensive Proposal Plan for each capture effort, aligning it tightly with the Win Strategy, Capture Plan, and overall Program Strategy, and identify and secure the required inhouse and consultant resources.
Drive continuous improvement of Aero's Proposal Process by applying digital transformation, and advanced innovative concepts, capture lessons learned, and integrate change management solutions and recommendations for 1lMX activities. Drive the capture teams to AI best practices and integration during the proposal development cycle.
Oversee content development to embed persuasive themes, discriminators, and customerfocused benefits, and support authors in drafting text, graphics, and storylines.
Establish and chair colorteam reviews (Pink/Red) with Campaign Leads and Program Managers, participate in executive "mustwin" evaluations, and ensure all proposal documentation complies with solicitation requirements (RFP, RFI, CRAD, PRDA, etc.).
Manage postsubmission activities-including Evaluation Notices, BestandFinal Offers, oral presentations, and lessonslearned debriefs-provide regular status updates to Proposal Operations Leadership, define and track performance metrics, produce dashboards and reports for senior leadership, manage overhead budgets, and engage external support resources during surge periods.
