  • Act as a central point of contact for proposal contributors, coordinating input from cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate progress and updates clearly throughout the proposal lifecycle to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to internal partners, serving as a resource for proposal best practices.
Process Improvement & Continuous Growth
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in proposal development workflows, tools, and templates.
  • Explore opportunities to enhance visual presentation, streamline content creation, and strengthen proposal win strategies.
What We’re Looking For:Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, General Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in proposal development, marketing, or business development support.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, and Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Proven ability to collaborate across decentralized, cross-functional teams.
