Increase sales revenue with designated Shaw Residential. Nurture business relationships to build trust and confidence in our company and salesforce. Establish a positive relationship withsalesforcetomaintainan appropriate levelof service for this customer base.

Overview:

Account Success Managers contribute to the success of Shaw Industries bypossessinga thorough understanding of product knowledge, selling strategies, and customer service for assigned geographic territory(ies). Account Success Managers display a positive attitude and project a willingness to help, while consistently providingaccurateinformation to the consumer. Account Success Managersare responsible forgrowing business andmaintainingexcellence by managing pricing, product inquiries, and selling opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow assigned accountsrelativeto Divisional sales volume and goal, product availability, and market share.

  • This isaccomplishedthrough the development of good relationships with the customers, Territory Managers,RVP's,and DVP 's based on knowledge, service, trust, and integrity.

  • Listen andlearnour dealers' business and need to provide recommendations, solutions, and product information on a daily basis.

  • Must meet sales goals and activities asindicatedanddeterminedby the National Inside Sales Manager.

  • Collaborate with Territory Managers andRVP'sto ensure strategic execution, understand national and local promotions, and stayup-to-dateon market trends.

  • Responsible for selling and promoting all residential product labels, including but not limited to, Shaw Floors and Philly Commercial and educating customers on these products.

  • Must have a deep knowledge of residential product offerings.

  • Executedaily sales calls to existing customers with special emphasis on the sale of rolls and quantities of carpet, samples, displays, cushion, adhesive, and related floor products.

  • Must continually develop a keen awareness of what is happening within their designated geographic area.

  • Prepare and communicate periodic sales reports outlining actual sales information and goals, competitive marketconditionsand product needs.

  • Analyze sales statistics by reviewing computer reports specific to his/her territory to aid in formulating goals and toassistdealers in promoting sales.

Position Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GEDrequired.Associatedegree or higher education preferred.

  • 2+ years of sales experience or B.S. in Marketing or related field.

  • Ability to learn Salesforce, and other Shaw systems necessary for the position.
