Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to provide operational and administrative support to a busy commercial team. This individual will serve as a key liaison between sales, customer service, logistics, and retail partners while helping ensure smooth execution of customer programs, reporting initiatives, and sales activities.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting sales teams, managing customer-facing documentation, and working with large retail accounts. Strong Excel skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and operational support to sales leadership and account management teams.
  • Create reports, presentations, and business review materials for customer meetings and internal discussions.
  • Assist with customer onboarding, product setup documentation, and retailer account maintenance.
  • Manage information across customer portals and internal databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
