Job title: Project Scheduler
Location: New York, NY
Compensation range: $65-75 p/hour

Who We Are: Infinite Consulting Corp. is a project, program, and construction management firm established in 2009, specializing in safety management, quality management, project and construction management, and project controls. We proudly provide the highest level of service and support at each phase of our clients' projects. Our client's success is our success.

We are searching for a full-time Project Scheduler to join our team and play a key role in the project for both Infinite Consulting and the wider Construction Management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, considering all project elements and timelines.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to gather project requirements and constraints.
  • Utilize scheduling software to create detailed project timelines, incorporating milestones, tasks, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks, proposing solutions to mitigate risks and maintain project timelines.
  • Communicate schedule changes, updates, and potential impacts to relevant stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
  • Analyze project schedules to optimize resource utilization, minimize downtime, and enhance overall project efficiency.
  • Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review schedules, discuss progress, and address any scheduling concerns.
  • Prepare and present reports on project schedule performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience within project controls/project scheduling desired
  • OSHA 30 required (can be obtained upon hire if necessary).
  • Experience working on complex, high-value projects in the NYC area.
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting MTA projects.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and similar project management software essential.
