We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Project Scheduler to join our team at K&A in White Plains, New York. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects that make a real impact in the energy and utility sectors. Role Expectations:

  • Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in Primavera P6, integrating engineering, licensing, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
  • Apply CPM, Rolling Wave Planning, and Earned Value Management (EVM) to monitor and control schedule performance.
  • Resource and cost-load schedules to support forecasting, performance measurement, and KPI tracking.
  • Perform QA/QC reviews of contractor baseline and monthly submittals, providing formal feedback and risk assessments.
  • Compare contractor schedules against IMS to identify misalignments and recommend corrective actions.
  • Lead schedule governance: processes, best practices, change control, communication plans, and contractor requirements.
  • Generate executive-level reports, dashboards, and lookahead plans.

What were looking for:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 8+ years scheduling experience, including 6+ years on large utility projects. Transmission & Substation experience is a plus.
  • Expert in Primavera P6; advanced knowledge of CPM, critical path, and earned value analytics.
  • Strong reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Preferred: PMP, PMI-SP, or PSP certification
  • Remote position- reports 1X a month to White Plains, NY

Pay Range $120,000 - 135,000
