Role Description:
  • Create, maintain, and monitor project schedules for our gas engine and power plant projects
  • Coordinate and align schedules with internal departments, external partners, and suppliers
  • Identify scheduling risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Support project management in meeting milestones and deadlines
  • Report and present progress and deviations to management
  • Cross-functional coordination of technical and commercial project execution
  • Support continuous development of the Project Management Process and Tools based on KPI's such as revenue, contribution margin, customer satisfaction, complete and on-time delivery, finished goods inventory, and collections.
  • Support know-how transfer and training programs for Distributors and Key Accounts to align project execution process the INNIO Jenbachers Project Management processes.
  • Focus on customer alignment and simplification initiatives to ensure qualitative and effective order execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Engineering (mechanical or electrical - e.g. HTL) and/or commercial Bachelor degree
  • Professional experience in scheduling, project management, or a similar position
  • Excellent MS Office skills; experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to work in a team
  • Independent and structured working style
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Team player and strong reliability
  • Demonstrated external focus & inclusiveness
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
