Your Future Role

Take on a new challenge and leverage your expertise in project management and planning in a cutting-edge field. You will work with a collaborative and dynamic team and play a key role in the success of our projects by ensuring effective planning and optimizing timelines to guarantee high-quality delivery.

On a daily basis, you will work closely with internal teams (engineering, project management, procurement, etc.), coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure the quality and timeliness of schedules. You will also be responsible for proactively identifying schedule-related risks and implementing solutions to mitigate them.

Your main responsibilities will include creating and validating project schedules, as well as analyzing lessons learned to continuously improve our time management practices.

We will rely on you to:

  • Apply the company's time management processes.
  • Promote best practices and a time management culture within the project team.
  • Capture and analyze project lessons learned (REX).
  • Develop high-quality schedules in compliance with company procedures, contractual requirements, and stakeholder input.
  • Optimize schedules based on criteria such as punctuality, cash generation, penalty avoidance, and efficient use of available resources.
  • Validate baseline schedules and develop a Project Time Management Plan.
  • Organize and lead regular project schedule review sessions, challenging stakeholder assumptions on time performance.
  • Align internal and external stakeholder commitments, manage schedule interfaces, and proactively resolve inconsistencies.
  • Perform regular updates of internal and external schedules, ensuring compliance with schedule quality standards.
  • Identify critical paths and current or potential delays in complex and interconnected schedules.
  • Assist the project team in identifying and mitigating risks, and seizing opportunities related to on-time delivery.
  • Prepare schedule and progress reports, illustrating advancements using key performance indicators (KPIs) and earned value methodology.
  • Support the Contract Manager in protecting the company's rights in disputes related to schedule compliance, including delay analysis.
