  • Identify, plan, and monitor the implementation of deliverables to ensure the production launch of assigned products
  • Identify and provide the tools necessary for the production launch of new products or changes to the manufacturing processes of existing products
  • Act as a manufacturing engineering leader in the product development process by ensuring the effective coordination of project-related manufacturing activities
  • Provide manufacturing engineering input during design reviews to ensure that developed products are manufacturable (quality-compliant, efficient, and safe)
  • Collaborate with and involve the production team in the development of industrialization projects
  • Apply best practices in project management with a focus on operational excellence
  • Ensure adequate documentation of project implementation stages in line with the product development process formalized in the organization’s quality system
