Main Responsibilities:

  • Actively contribute to project execution under the leadership of the project manager, ensuring deliverables are aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage the production and updating of project management deliverables (plans, progress reports, dashboards, indicators, documentation).
  • Ensure rigorous monitoring of activities and timelines in a hybrid context (SAFe and Waterfall).
  • Support the coordination of internal and external stakeholders involved in the project.
  • Conduct data analyses to produce relevant summaries for executive decision-making.
  • Contribute to risk management, issue identification, and monitoring of mitigation plans.
  • Support the project manager in preparing executive files, including high-visibility ad hoc requests.
  • Ensure the application of Desjardins' project management methodology.
  • Manage and update activities and deliverables in management tools (including JIRA).
  • Contribute to governance activities and to Accountability
