About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Project Manager to join our team and lead technology projects from initiation through successful delivery.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and organized project leader who can work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, clients, and leadership. You will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources while ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage IT projects from planning through implementation and completion.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, business analysts, consultants, and other technical resources.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and dependencies.
  • Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
  • Track and communicate project performance to management and clients.
  • Manage changes to project scope, requirements, and priorities.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate testing, implementation, deployment, and project closeout activities.
  • Help resolve issues and remove roadblocks to keep projects moving forward.
  • Ensure projects meet business requirements, quality standards, and client expectations.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in IT Project Management or a similar role.
  • Proven experience managing technology or software-related projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
