Project Manager — Lean Manufacturing · Continuous Improvement · Flow Optimization ABOUT THE POSITION We are looking for a Project Manager passionate about continuous improvement to join a team of professionals dedicated to optimizing operations at our clients' sites. You will be at the heart of these initiatives. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Manage projects, ensuring the tracking of deliverables and communication with the various departments Conduct internal and external audits Lead Kaizen workshops with field teams Implement performance indicators: OEE, takt time, cycle time time Deploy and maintain the 5S methodology and visual management Collaborate with operators, engineers, and management to prioritize projects DESIRED PROFILE Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or Logistics 5 to 10 years of project management experience Proficiency in Lean tools: VSM, 5S, SMED, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, PDCA Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt — an asset) Excellent project management and team facilitation skills Functional bilingualism (French/English) required WHAT WE WE OFFER Competitive salary Flexible hours and collaborative work environment Comprehensive benefits package
