About the Role

We are looking for a Project Managerwith a PMP certification to play a key role in formalizing and standardizing project management practices at BusPas. This is a unique opportunity to become the first dedicated Project Manager in our growing company.

As a member of the Project Management Office (PMO), you will help build a strong culture of project delivery in a dynamic startup environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, optimize internal workflows, and ensure project success.

The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and able to make informed decisions within their scope of responsibility, while keeping leadership aligned and informed.



Key Responsibilities


Project Coordination & Delivery

  • Oversee the coordination and execution of projects, from kickoff to closeout.
  • Manage all aspects of project execution: set deadlines, assign responsibilities, track progress, and summarize key outcomes.
  • Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders.
  • Navigate on-site deployment environments, including high-pressure or adverse field conditions.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the hardware and software technologies being deployed.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Foster open communication between stakeholders, team members, and PMs.
  • Ensure team alignment on project progress and updates.
  • Resolve issues within complex, multi-organization project ecosystems.

Task Oversight

  • Manage the triple constraint of project management: scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Ensure team members understand their responsibilities and delivery expectations.
  • Motivate contributors and ensure timely task completion.

Risk Management

  • Identify potential risks to project success.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure stability and continuity.
