Job description

Project Manager - Ville St. Laurent (Office-first)

Ready to hop into something extraordinary? We're Psycho Bunny - the rebelliously refined clothing brand turning heads with our premium quality, vibrant style, and that unmistakable logo. With over 200 points of sales worldwide (and counting!), we're on a mission to redefine bold standards in retail.

The Opportunity

Own the tech behind our global growth. As our Project Manager, you’ll drive our digital roadmap from concept to code. You’ll oversee a scalable, secure ecosystem (ERP, Cloud, APIs) and partner with engineering teams to solve complex puzzles, ensuring high-speed delivery without compromising on quality or accumulating technical debt.

Your Daily Adventures

  • Build the frameworks that transform bold ideas into rock-solid, well-defined deliverables.
  • Anticipate needs after they arise to keep our roadmaps realistic, on time, and on budget.
  • Ship high-impact projects while constantly refining our processes and technical muscle.
  • Orchestrate our ecosystem of partners and vendors to keep projects aligned and scope in check.
  • Bridge the gap between technical milestones and true organizational readiness through crystal-clear communication.
  • Define the KPIs that count, providing leadership with a transparent look at project health and ROI.

Your Toolkit

  • A university degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years driving large-scale IT projects, with at least 5 years deep in Digital Transformation (ERP, Cloud, or Omnichannel).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Agile certifications are huge assets.
  • Experience with Prosci or Change Management to bridge the gap between technology and people.
  • You’ve thrived in high-velocity sectors like Retail, E-commerce, or Manufacturing where "Fashion meets Tech."
  • You can effortlessly navigate Cloud infrastructures, Data flows, and API ecosystems, and you aren’t afraid to challenge technical decisions when necessary.
"roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude—you dive into the details to unblock projects and mentor the team.
  • You prioritize project value and business impact over unnecessary bureaucracy.

Why Choose the Psycho Bunny Life?

  • A group RRSP/DPSP plan, which includes a very generous match from Psycho Bunny!
  • On-site gym, parking, and cafeteria / bistro with subsidized meals, including breakfast and lunch
  • Free and unlimited coffee and tea
  • Three (3) weeks of vacation
  • Six (6) wellness days, plus your birthday off, on us
  • Summer Fridays
  • Comprehensive group Insurance coverage, including health, dental, and vision
  • An Employee/Family Assistance Program (EFAP) to support you through life's challenges
  • Last but not least, let us not forget the swag you can get with an amazing employee discount (70% off)!
