Precise Systems is seeking a Management Analyst to support our customer at NSWC Crane, Indiana. The Management Analyst will provide program analysis, project coordination, schedule management, performance measurement, data management, briefing development, and management-reporting support for division programs and technical activities. The position will work closely with Government leadership, engineers, scientists, project leads, and support personnel to maintain visibility into program objectives, deliverables, schedules, actions, risks, and performance. The successful candidate will help organize and interpret program information associated with model-based engineering, systems-engineering assessments, technical studies, requirements activities, and other initiatives. The individual will convert complex program and technical inputs into clear schedules, metrics, reports, briefings, decision-support products, and management recommendations.

This role requires in-person support.

Duties:

  • Analyze program objectives, schedules, deliverables, risks, resources, and performance to identify trends, gaps, and emerging issues.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestone plans, fiscal-year calendars, and deliverable trackers using approved project-management systems.
  • Collect, validate, analyze, and report Division and program metrics through dashboards, charts, status reports, and leadership summaries.
  • Administer project-management data, templates, assignments, milestones, and completion status in Microsoft Project or comparable systems.
  • Support model-based engineering, systems-engineering assessments, technical studies, requirements activities, and related program reviews.
  • Prepare executive and working-level briefings, decision papers, issue summaries, schedules, and other management products.
  • Support meetings and technical reviews by preparing agendas, read-ahead materials, minutes, action items, and follow-up status.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records, document versions, approval history, and controlled program information in approved Government systems.
  • Support Division process improvement, Standard Operating Procedures, quality activities, audits, data calls, and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with Government and contractor stakeholders to resolve schedule, data, reporting, and program-execution issues.

Desired Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in management analysis, program analysis, project coordination, business operations, or Government-contract support.
  • Experience tracking program deliverables, schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.
  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting organizational or program-performance metrics.
  • Experience developing status reports, dashboards, briefings, presentations, and management summaries.
  • Working knowledge of project-management principles and schedule-development practices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, including schedule development, dependencies, milestones, and status updates.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to analyze technical and program information and communicate findings to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, technical-writing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with engineers, scientists, project leads, program managers, and senior Government personnel.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience supporting the Department of Defense, Department of the Navy, NAVSEA, or NSWC Crane.
  • Experience supporting engineering, research and development, modeling and simulation, or technical-assessment organizations.
  • Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering, digital engineering, systems-engineering reviews, or requirements-management processes.
  • Experience administering Microsoft Project Server, Project Online, or a comparable project-management information system.
  • Experience creating executive dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
  • Experience supporting program reviews, technical reviews, audits, action-item management, records management, or configuration-controlled documentation.
  • Experience developing SOPs, process maps, performance metrics, and continuous-improvement products.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or demonstrated process-improvement experience.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
