Summary HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a motivated Project Management Analyst to support existing IAC MAC, FEDSIM, and Seaport program managers. The selected candidate will support existing program and project managers executing Army, Air Force, Navy, and other DoD Agency projects at Crane.

Also, will work directly with Crane Business Area Manager, Senior Program Managers, Project Managers, GOV Task Leads, and Requiring Activities. This is an onsite position located in Crane, Indiana. What you will be doing Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.

Review status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assess project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

What we are looking for 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience. Experience utilizing IBM Cognos, CostPoint and Hyland On-Base programs for procurements, subcontracts, and invoicing as well as being able to informally teach others in its use. Knowledge and ability to manipulate and enter actuals data into Estimates of Completion (EAC) documents.

Demonstrated high-level oral and written communications to include preparing and editing correspondence and tailoring PowerPoint presentations to match company branding standards and GOV submission requirements Bonus points for Experience with: Submitting deliverables on IAC-MAC, FEDSIM and Seaport contracts to include monthly status reports, quarterly GOV updates. Managing and auditing for accuracy simultaneously over 10 subcontractor spend plans and invoice tracking on major GOV contracts. Physical Requirements Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
