Technical Lead -Project Delivery Manager - AI & Engineering
Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology who wants to work in a collaborative environment? As an experienced Technical Lead, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client's need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.
Work you'll do/Responsibilities
  • Lead the modernization and consolidation workstream, accountable for scope, outcomes, and delivery execution.
  • Define and manage product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and release planning; own KPI definition and performance tracking.
  • Drive agile delivery across one or more squads (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe), managing dependencies, risks, and impediments.
  • Partner closely with engineering, UX, data/analytics, and operations to translate business needs into deliverable increments.
  • Facilitate discovery through launch, including requirements, refinement, UAT coordination, SOPs/training, and change/adoption.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and operational optimization; reduce exceptions and improve cycle time/quality.
  • Manage cross-functional and executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment, clear decisions, and transparent status reporting.
  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
  • Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Qualifications
Required
  • 8+ Years Experience in Agile delivery: Kanban (Mastery), SAFe (Mastery), Agile KPI & performance metrics (Mastery); Scrum/Kanban/SAFe execution across complex dependencies.
  • 8+ Years Experience in Product & Program leadership: Product strategy, roadmap ownership, prioritization, release planning, delivery management, product launch/GTM.
  • 8+ Years Experience in Healthcare domain: Proven delivery experience; payer/provider operations strongly preferred.
  • 8+ Years Experience in Design & customer experience: UX/UI design partnership (Mastery) and strong ability to translate user needs into product outcomes.
  • 8+ Years Experience in Technical leadership: Technical project/program management; strong planning, execution, and risk/issue management.
  • 8+ Years Experience in Analytics & decisioning: Data-driven problem solving, quantitative/competitive analysis, and use of insights to guide prioritization.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
