About the job you are considering

A Delivery Executive is responsible for a single engagement or domain within an account and acts as Delivery Executive for business-critical engagements. Delivery Executives' responsibilities include stakeholder management or communication with the client, developing strong relationship with key client IT stakeholders, managing risks and client relationships and acting as first escalation instance for the EM, both internally and towards the client. They are responsible for overall delivery profitability and productivity, establishing a proper governance framework and ensures proper reporting. They will lead commercial management and take part to contract negotiation along with seeking to expand Capgemini's client footprint by identifying and anticipating and driving business opportunities.

Your role

  • Manage Client Relationships, steering committees, and overall account growth.
  • Responsible for delivery oversight and direction - Handle large teams of 500+ full time employees for clients
  • Organize Status Reviews with Account Executive ,drive Portfolio Financial & Operational KPIs
  • Manage budgets in the excess of USD 30MN
  • Create and implement the Account roadmap across all service lines
  • Define and Drive strategic direction in terms of technology/workforce for the account

Your skill & experiences

  • Extensive years of experience in Managing Client Relationship with a strong project track record and demonstrated P&L contribution to sales.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required
  • Experience in end-to-end delivery/program management of large programs is a must
  • Ability to drive geographically distributed teams across US and India
  • Leadership experience in continuous improvement initiatives and operations
  • Thorough Knowledge of contract management & financial management
  • Knowledge of application development and test methodologies/lifecycles is preferred
  • Hands on and can-do attitude whilst demonstrating highest business ethics and compliance
  • Ability to coach Program/Project Managers is desirable
  • Business level fluency in English is required
  • Proven experience in delivering digital projects
  • Proven experience using a range of agile project management methods
  • Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity
  • Understanding of the digital landscape
  • Experience in matrix-managing multi-disciplinary teams

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $123,750 - $282,000.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
