Location: Remote
Rate: $60/Hour on C2C
Role Overview
  • The Project / Delivery Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery for smaller, repeatable payer implementations supporting the CMS Interoperability & Prior Authorization Final Rule.
  • This role is responsible for execution discipline, crossfunctional coordination, and consistent client communication across FHIRbased
  • Prior Authorization API implementations (CRD, DTR, PAS). Key Responsibilities Support delivery planning and execution for payer onboarding and implementation efforts
  • Drive endtoend delivery across Business Analysts, QA, Engineering, and Client teams Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution Facilitate regular status reviews, steering discussions, and escalation management
  • Ensure adherence to standardized, repeatable implementation processes Track action items and ensure timely closure across all workstreams Support parallel execution of multiple payer implementations when required

Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in Project or Delivery Management within healthcare IT Proven experience managing integration heavy or interoperability programs Strong client facing communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience coordinating distributed onshore and offshore teams Ability to operate in fastpaced, executiondriven environments Preferred Qualifications Experience with payer implementations or healthcare interoperability initiatives
