Job Description

As the Senior Project Controller you will be:

  • Responsible for overall project controls including cost management, schedule oversight, and risk assessment. 
  • Act as a key point of contact for project management teams, providing accurate and timely cost reporting.
  • Support project delivery by ensuring proper tracking of project budgets, forecasts, and expenditure.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and maintain project schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Experience applying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies for project cost and schedule control.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or related field) 
  • 8+ years of industry experience in cost control, cost management and reporting, planning/scheduling with preferably strong leadership skills are essential.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, industry‑recognized cost estimating applications (such as InEight), and cost management systems; Power BI experience is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP and AACE are preferred.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills
