Summary:
Core duties of a Fabrication Project Clerk include maintaining data integrity and organizing information efficiently. Tasks are to be accomplished within well-defined procedural time limits, with occasional non-routine work involved. Ensure open communication with Project Administrative Manager and Project Assistants on a daily basis.
Essential Functions:
  • Data entry: accurately inputs information into databases or content management systems
  • Prioritize appropriately with good time management skills.
  • Work cohesively with all team members and produce quality work while meeting deadlines.
  • File electronically using alpha & numeric systems.
  • Proficient with various office equipment, including; copiers, scanners and computers.
  • Visual Stamina: The ability to focus on screen-based tasks for extended periods.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in reviewing video content.

Responsibilities/Duties:
  • Data Entry & Transcription: Input information into spreadsheets and SharePoint
  • Quality Assurance: Review data for accuracy, identifying and correcting errors or missing information.
  • Content Verification: Cross-reference content with source documents to ensure data integrity.
  • Data Organization: Sort, store, and backup digital video files securely
  • Meetings-Per PA or PM request.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Review source documents and company files to identify and correct discrepancies.
