Kelly Education is seeking Substitute Administrative Assistants for the Albuquerque Public Schools 2026-2027 school year.

Responsibilities:

In the absence of a full-time administrative/clerical employee, the Kelly Education substitute administrative/clerical employee provides general secretarial, clerical, and office duties under the direction and supervision of the school district’s full-time professional staff.

  • Organize and maintain an efficient, effective office that handles a variety of tasks for the administration, faculty, students, and parents.
  • Perform various secretarial and clerical tasks, such as typing letters and reports, maintaining filing systems, and answering phones.
  • Assist with visitor sign-in and sign-out procedures, as directed by the school district personnel.
  • Report any school building or grounds safety concerns, or faulty equipment, to school district personnel.
  • Report all personal injury or school property theft to Kelly supervisor and school district personnel immediately.
  • Dress in a safe and appropriate manner as described in the Kelly Education Standards of Professional Conduct.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
