Job description

Project Executive

Based in the Pacific Northwest, we provide a range of services, including construction management, design-build, general contracting, and pre-development. We are relationship-based and uphold a reputation for excellence, efficiency, and value in everything we do. We are seeking a Project Executive/Project Director to join our team to work on our Multifamily and podium projects.
What You Will Be Doing

- Direct multiple projects concurrently
- Lead bids, manage project schedule, & negotiate with subcontractors
- Mentor & Supervise PMs, Estimators, & field staff on project
- Act as primary leader on project
- Serve as primary contact between client & company and help resolve any issues

What You Need for this Position

- 8+ years of Multi-Family experience
- Experience as a Senior PM or Project Executive running multiple projects
- Strong communication and leadership
- Strong Leadership ability
