Location: Open to candidates based in the Philippines, India, Pakistan, or Latin America

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter who understands the US healthcare system and has experience recruiting virtual assistants or healthcare-related roles. The selected recruiter will support our growing virtual assistant services by identifying, screening, and helping hire qualified candidates to work with healthcare clinics and medical businesses in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Source qualified candidates for healthcare virtual assistant positions

Post job listings on relevant job boards and professional platforms

Review and screen resumes of applicants with relevant healthcare recruiting experience

Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlisting

Send screening questionnaires to selected candidates and review responses
