Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst 5 to join our team in Lansing, MI. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business analysis methodologies and IT project planning. This role requires strong documentation skills and the ability to analyze complex business problems. The candidate must be available for in-person interviews and will work on a hybrid schedule, requiring onsite presence two days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
