Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the central coordinator for JNOSC operations, overseeing both Tier III service response/help desk and service restoral team activities.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with other JSP Operations teams as specified (servers, applications, storage area network, backup and recovery, facilities, messaging).
  • Conduct corrective and preventative maintenance activities for the JSP Transport Network.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and communication with stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Develop risk management plans and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project performance indicators and adjust plans as needed to address potential risks.
  • Establish quality standards and ensure adherence to project requirements.
  • Conduct regular quality reviews and audits to assess project deliverables.
  • Implement corrective actions to address any deviations from quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and decision logs.
  • Prepare regular status reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage project change requests and assess their impact on scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Develop change management plans and coordinate implementation with stakeholders.
