Position Summary

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the airport location. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, accuracy, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Review new hire paperwork to ensure all required documents are complete and accurate.
  • Review termination paperwork for completeness and compliance.
  • Submit new hire, termination, and personnel change documentation to Corporate Human Resources.
  • Process employment verification requests.
  • Perform payroll time and attendance data entry with accuracy.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate office administrative needs.
  • Organize employee files and maintain confidential records.
  • Assist management with administrative projects and reporting.
  • Provide professional customer service to employees, applicants, and management.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Two to five years of administrative or office experience in a corporate or professional environment preferred.
  • Human Resources experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
