Reports to: CRM Manager- Fashion

Contract: Fixed-Term (5-month contract), full-time

Your role @ Chanel:

As a CRM Coordinator, you will support initiatives that enhance client engagement and brand loyalty for CHANEL Canada. Working closely with the CRM Manager, you will contribute to the execution of key programs, assist with data organization and communication efforts, and help ensure the seamless coordination of CRM activities. This role offers hands-on experience in client relationship management, providing valuable insight into strategies that strengthen client connections and elevate the brand experience in the Canadian market.

What impact you can create at CHANEL:

  • Support daily operations of the Fashion CRM Team. Duties include administrative support such as shipping, organization, and tracking of gifting, invoicing
  • Organization of data & presentations, as well as support with follow up communication with boutique CRM champions on different tasks.
  • Support and collaborate on event logistics (i.e., RSVP Tracking, and logistical coordination)
  • Although comprehensive, the job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be added according to the needs of the business and as requested by the CRM Manager/ Fashion Team, and/or CHANEL Head Office.
