Program Schedulers work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain detailed schedules for projects or programs. Effective communication is key, as Program Schedulers must relay scheduling risks or conflicts promptly and help teams prioritize critical tasks. This collaborative approach ensures that project milestones are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
