Job Description:
We are seeking to add a Program Scheduler to our team. If you enjoy working in a startup environment, and managing multiple fast paced projects at once, we would like to hear from you.โ€ฏ
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Work with Subject Matter Experts to create/update MS Project schedules.
* Provide scheduling support to assigned programs and operations
* Develop/maintain consistency to programs enabling cost/schedule integration and earned value consistent with existing Work Breakdown Structure.
* Support the development of the reporting format, scheduling protocols, processes, techniques and software selection.
* Support new business in proposals, monitor and maintenance of schedule performance and participate in schedule margin management.
* Provide regular status reports to Program Management and Engineering leadership.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* A minimum of 5 years of directly related experience.
* Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields from an accredited college or university.
* Prior experience supporting spacecraft development.
* Demonstrated experience with Scheduling and Financial management of projects.
* Experience with financial management tools including earned value, with SPI/CPI measures.
* Knowledge standard engineering industry practices and ideally space-related requirements.
* Extensive experience with MS Project (including Resource Management), Excel and related.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to effectively communicate complex information.
