STAHL Companies provides the Program Management for its Channel of Commercial Technology companies in Government that consist of Small Businesses and New Technology start-ups.

STAHL Companies advocates on behalf of our nation's innovative, new technology and small businesses looking to work with the U.S. government. We do this by aligning the voice of our small business members with advocacy for change in federal policy that will make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem.
The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities
  •  Provide overall leadership and accountability for program execution, ensuring all contract requirements, deliverables, and performance objectives are met or exceeded. 
  •  Oversee day-to-day operations of the program, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and performance monitoring across all assigned PWS task areas. 
  •  Lead the integration, coordination, and execution of technical and operational activities, ensuring alignment with contract scope, mission objectives, and organizational priorities. 
  •  Manage large-scale government program operations, ensuring strict adherence to compliance requirements, quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints. 
  •  Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between the Contractor team and Government stakeholders, providing regular status updates, briefings, and reports. 
  •  Establish and implement program management processes, tools, and best practices to optimize efficiency, mitigate risks, and enhance overall performance. 
  •  Supervise, mentor, and evaluate program personnel, ensuring staff are effectively utilized, properly trained, and aligned with program goals. 
  •  Monitor program risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues related to cost, schedule, performance, or technical execution. 
  •  Ensure all technical efforts, deliverables, and services meet contract requirements, quality assurance standards, and mission objectives. 
  •  Support business development and transition activities, including staffing, onboarding, and knowledge transfer, as required.

Qualifications
  •  Master's degree in Engineering, Scientific, Technical, or Business Management discipline from an accredited institution. 
  •  Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience supporting programs that align with at least two (2) Performance Work Statement (PWS) task areas, demonstrating both technical expertise and program leadership. 
  •  At least two (2) years of direct experience supporting large-scale U.S. Government programs, with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-disciplinary efforts. 
  •  Active SECRET security clearance required, with the ability to maintain clearance throughout the duration of the contract. 
  •  Demonstrated experience in program management methodologies, risk management, and performance tracking within federal contracting environments. 
  •  Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
