AMDEX is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team supporting a federal client. The Program Manager shall provide expert program management services to oversee and manage multiple projects and programs, ensuring that they are aligned with organizational goals and objectives. The ideal candidate shall possess experience in program management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex programs and projects. The Program Manager shall be responsible for ensuring that programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, and that they are compliant with relevant program management methodologies and standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain programmatic and financial management plans, policies, and procedures to ensure effective program management and control
  • Oversee and manage multiple projects and programs, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, and that they are aligned with organizational goals and objectives
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, and work with TMX-PIO stakeholders to develop and implement necessary contingency plans to ensure program continuity and success
  • Monitor and report program progress to TMX-PIO stakeholders, including providing regular status reports, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjusting as necessary to ensure program success
  • Ensure compliance with program management methodologies and standards, such as PMBOK or Agile, and adhere to relevant industry best practices and standards
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including program plans, status reports, lessons learned, and other relevant documents, to ensure that program information is accurate, up-to-date, and readily available
  • Communicate program status, issues, and risks to TMX-PIO stakeholders, including providing timely and transparent updates, and ensuring that stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the program lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 8-10 years of relevant experience.

Certifications:

  • ADKAR or equivalent desirable
