Zantech is looking for a talented Program Manager to provide overall contractor program management and supervision, as well as contract performance, cost and schedule compliance for an upcoming onsite role at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

This Program Manager role will organize, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of all contract support activities, interface with government personnel and ensure conformance to work standards.

Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:

  • Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of all contract support activities
  • Interface with government personnel
  • Formulate and review project feasibility studies, determine costs, ensure conformance to work standards
  • Interpret policies, purposes, and goals of the organizations for subordinates

Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:

  • 14 years experience managing government programs ( with 1 year supervisory)
  • Government program management
  • Contract administration
  • Project feasibility studies

Required Certifications/Education:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Master's degree preferred
  • PMP certification (allows substitution to 10 years experience)

Required Security Clearance:

  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret or higher clearance, per contract requirements.
