Job Description:
  • The Contract Program Manager will be responsible for the successful execution of the contract, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met. This role serves as the primary liaison between the Contractor's leadership.

The Contract Program Manager shall posses the following capabilities:
  • Reviews performance requirements ensuring contract is in accordance with contractual requirements, customer specifications and government regulations.
  • Creates and issues contract and financial program documents in accordance with company policy.
  • Advise management of contractual obligations and rights to mitigate risk and protect company business interests.
  • Monitors company performance on contractual obligations.
  • Structures contractual terms to reflect company business strategy.
  • Coordinates company requirements with Program Management Office partners.
  • Supports proposal activities as required.
  • Other contract and compliance related support activities, as necessary.
    Desired:
  • Fifteen (15) years of experience working in the DoD.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or in a relevant technical field such as Cloud Computing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Cybersecurity and twenty (20) years of Program Management experience with Agile program management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated 10 years of experience in managing Sponsor programs of similar scope or complexity.
  • Subcontract management experience.

Certifications Required:
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) certification

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
Pay Range: 285,000-315,000
