Overview

The Program Manager is a senior level leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple healthcare related projects from early planning and design through completion. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and relationship management skills, along with the ability to take full ownership of program delivery.

The role includes leading capital planning, managing the design process, and acting as the primary representative for the client throughout construction. Success in this position requires close coordination with consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders, as well as the ability to effectively engage with healthcare leadership and end users.

Experience / Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required in Construction Management or similar
  • 10+ years of project/program management experience
  • 5+ years of healthcare construction or facilities experience
  • Ability to pass standard background and screening requirements
  • Willingness to pursue additional training and development
