Position:ย Full Time (1.0 FTE) Student Services Administrative Coordinator
Location:ย Central Office, Roseburg, OR
Salary Range:ย $120,424 - $139,511 depending on previous verifiable experience
TSPC Licensure:ย Professional Administrator licenseย 
Start Date:ย August 3, 2026 (222-day, 11-month calendar)



Roseburg Schools is seeking a highly collaborative Student Services Coordinator to provide support for student learning through high quality professional development, mentoring, and grant management. Interested applicants should have at least a bachelor's degree in education or related field (master's degree preferred) and the ability to obtain and maintain a Professional Administrator license through Oregon Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC). A minimum of five (5) years of experience in an educational setting or environment and three (3) successful years of administrative experience is required.ย

They bring experience across both classroom and district settings, with the ability to lead professional learning, navigate complex compliance requirements, and build strong partnerships with staff and families. ย Minimum Education and Experience Requirementsย 

  • Bachelor's degree in education or related field required; master's degree preferred
  • Three (3) years of successful administrator experience in a 1.0 FTE assignment (or six (6) years in a 0.5 FTE assignment) required
