Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Recruitment Coordinator
Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support high-volume hiring initiatives across multiple locations and play a key role in delivering a seamless, professional candidate experience. Working fully remotely, this position focuses on coordinating large volumes of interviews, maintaining accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System, and partnering closely with recruiters and hiring teams to enable efficient, scalable hiring. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized and detail-oriented, and enjoys managing structured recruiting processes from interview coordination through onboarding support.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule a high volume of interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and stakeholders.
  • Manage end-to-end interview logistics, including calendar management, sending confirmations, handling reschedules, and preparing interview materials.
  • Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners to support hiring across multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and status updates within the Applicant Tracking System, with a strong preference for Avature experience.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process, providing timely, professional communication and a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Facilitate hiring events, including onsite or virtual interview days and large-scale recruiting campaigns, to support high-volume hiring needs.
  • Generate and track recruiting activity reports, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance with internal processes.
  • Support offer processes, checks, and onboarding coordination as needed to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire.
  • Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency, accuracy, and candidate satisfaction within the recruiting workflow.
  • Provide customer service to candidates and project coordination support to the recruiting team throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.

Essential Skills
  • 3-7+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, or high-volume administrative environments.
  • Proven experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment such as hourly hiring, large-scale operations, or staffing programs.
  • Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System, with Avature experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, multiple requisitions, and tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and candidate-focused approach.
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and process consistency.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Comfort working within structured workflows and following established recruiting processes.

  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring for operations, logistics, or field-based roles.
  • Familiarity with reporting dashboards and analytics tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.

Work Environment

You will work primarily with an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Avature, and may use reporting and dashboard tools such as Power BI or similar platforms to track recruiting activity and performance.
