The Role
As a Groundsperson, your aim is to maintain great curb appeal by keeping all areas of the community sparkling. If you enjoy working outdoors the Groundsperson role will be an excellent fit for you with primary responsibilities including removing trash, pressure washing, and cleaning high-traffic areas. Your ability to create an inviting environment for all residents from the top to the bottom of the community will impact prospects decision to choose Gables as their new home.
