Job description

ADC Program Associate
We are looking for a Program Associate/STNA in the Adult Day Center; who can provide personal care services and leads and assists in activities in all clubs assigned. Is knowledgeable about the members of the Adult Day Center and is assigned as staffing needs warrant. Is responsible to the Activity DIrector for individual and group activities with Adult Day Center participants.


Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of high school education.
  • Minimum of one-year experience in a health care setting. Geriatric or mental health experience preferred.
  • Demonstrates interest and empathy for the elderly and disabled.
  • Experience and skill in recreational activity, e.g. crafts and/or music desirable.
  • STNA or CNA qualification required.
  • Current Certification in CPR, AED, and First Aid from one of the following organizations: American Red Cross, American Heart Association, American Safety and Health Institute, National Safety Council, or EMS Safety.
  • Able to work a shift 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
