Job Description:

At Regions, the Office of Customer Satisfaction Specialist responds to customer complaints sent through regulatory agencies, external entities, and Regions Executive Offices. This position reviews all corporate wide complaints submitted through the Centralized Customer Complaint Program.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Researches, resolves, and responds to customer complaints sent through regulatory agencies, external entities, and Regions Executive offices
  • Works with primary owners to research and respond to customers and regulatory agencies within the required timeframe
  • Provides guidance on resolutions to complaints

This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma and five (5) years of experience in banking with a concentration in customer service, contact center, branch, audit, compliance, or regulatory functions
  • Or Bachelor's degree in a related field and one (1) year of experience in banking with a concentration in customer service, contact center, branch, audit, compliance, or regulatory functions

  • Ability to research and summarize facts
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
