Job Description

The Capital Markets Sizing Manager oversees loan analysis, leads deal team meetings, and evaluates due diligence materials.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Review preliminary loan analyses, Transaction Memorandums, and loan program waiver/exception requests.
  • Ensure programmatic requirements are met for each loan analysis; document and obtain required approvals.
  • Conduct deal team meetings on proposed transactions and communicate with borrowers, originators, analysts, counsel, and others.
  • Review and evaluate all due diligence material provided for transactions.
  • Analyze creditworthiness of sponsorship and real estate; provide concise risks and mitigants/recommendations.
  • Maintain quality of proposed loans through thoughtful, critical analysis and proper documentation.
  • Keep team informed of project progress and issues proactively for smooth execution.
  • Stay current on Lending Program Guidelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Eight (8) years of experience in Commercial Real Estate lending analysis or underwriting.
  • Experience reviewing multifamily and CRE loans.
Preferences
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate Sales.

Position Details
  • Full time.
  • Exempt from timekeeping requirements under FLSA and not eligible for overtime.

Compensation

Target salary range for the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market is: Minimum $168,103.65 USD, Median $236,970.00 USD. Role eligible for discretionary incentive plan.
