We are seeking a Junior Program Analyst who will support an Army Project Office. In this role, you will work directly with the Program Manager while contributing to development of plans, goals, and objectives for implementation and program execution. You will support cost estimate development, financial and technical reporting, monitor and report employee training status, and develop standard operating procedures. You will input data as well as monitor data systems and program operations to recommend and initiate process improvements through digital transformation. You will support and maintain a system of management controls to ensure program and contract requirements are met.To be successful, you must be able to work independently and have excellent communication skills.

Required

  • BS or BA degree
  • 2 years of related experience
  • Experience with Digital Transformation tools (examples: Power BI, Power Automate, M365 Copilot, Sharepoint, GenAI, etc.)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
