The Continuous Improvement (CI) team, in partnership with Human Resources (HR), is seeking an HR Intern to support the growth and execution of our internship and early talent initiatives. This role will sit within the HR organization under the guidance of the HR team while working closely with the CI team on strategic recruiting and internship program development.
The intern will play an active role in helping the organization reach its annual goals while supporting improvements to the intern experience, recruiting processes, and employer branding efforts.
This role offers hands-on exposure to recruiting, program management, HR operations, and talent pipeline development within a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Recruiting & Hiring Support
  • Assist with coordination of internship recruiting activities and candidate pipelines
  • Support interview scheduling, candidate communication, and hiring coordination
  • Track intern hiring progress and maintain recruiting documentation
  • Help ensure alignment with company internship hiring goals

Internship Program Development
  • Support improvements to internship program standards and documentation
  • Assist in organizing intern onboarding, programming, and engagement activities
  • Help track feedback and opportunities to enhance the intern experience

Employer Branding & Outreach
  • Support CI and HR employer branding efforts through LinkedIn and other channels
  • Assist with internship marketing content and recruiting outreach initiatives
  • Help promote internship opportunities with partner universities

Program Logistics & Operations
  • Assist with intern program logistics including materials, merchandise, and coordination
  • Support development of internal resources related to the internship program
  • Help identify process improvements that enhance program efficiency

Qualifications
Education
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in:
  • Human Resource Management

Skills & Attributes
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Interest in recruiting, talent development, and HR operations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
