The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the UAB Heersink School of Medicine invites applications for a full-time, open-rank, and open tenure-status faculty researcher in Dissemination and Implementation Science. Academic rank, salary, and tenure status will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.

In addition to pursuing their own research agenda, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with the UAB Hospital Chief Medical Quality Office (CMQO) office on projects related to PROMs, as well as quality and operational process improvements.

Additionally, the department has a robust residency program and offers a year-long research fellowship program.
