As an Assistant Program Director, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing Our Early Learning Center ensuring high-quality programming, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. What You'll Do- Oversee operations and programming in our Early Learning Center.
- Ensure the program meets Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) regulations and BHN policies
- Maintain licensing compliance and uphold high-quality standards
- Focused on play based learning and kindergarten readiness
- Knowledge of curriculum building that supports Early Education development
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and training of staff
- Collaborate with the Senior Program Manager to monitor budgets, revenue, and enrollment
- Ensure optimal enrollment and program sustainability within the site
- Provide ongoing administrative and programmatic support to leadership staff
- Identify challenges, problem-solve effectively, and communicate key updates to leadership
Who You Are- An experienced leader in early childhood education with strong operational and supervisory skills
- Skilled managing, priorities, and teams in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative professional who communicates effectively with staff, families, and leadership
- Organized, proactive, and able to respond to challenges and urgent needs
- Committed to providing inclusive and supportive, trauma informed care that is culturally responsive to a diverse population
- Comfortable using technology and supporting others in administrative systems
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing child care programs preferred
- Must meet EEC qualifications for Center Director
- Director Certification (Required)
- Current CPR, First Aid, and Food Safety certifications
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining EEC requirements
- Ability to work across multiple sites and with diverse groups of children, families, and staff
