Relevant du (de la) gestionnaire de programme, le (la) gestionnaire de programme clinique associe(e) est responsable de la gestion, de la planification et de la mise en uvre de programmes/portefeuilles precis dans le cadre d'un programme de soutien aux patient(e)s. Ce role comprend egalement l'education et la formation des nouveaux(elles) membres de l'equipe, le developpement et l'amelioration des processus a l'echelle du Canada, ainsi que la garantie du rendement de l'equipe selon les objectifs hebdomadaires et mensuels des IRC. Le (la) titulaire agit comme personne-ressource principale pour les escalades et fournit des resolutions rapides aux demandes operationnelles.

FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITES

Veiller au bon fonctionnement global et au rendement du programme et de ses services (coordination des patient(e)s, gestion des medicaments, etc.)
S'assurer que tous(toutes) les membres de l'equipe sont forme(e)s au programme et respectent ou surpassent les normes de rendement
Communiquer tous les evenements operationnels regionaux au(a la) gestionnaire de programme
Surveiller la charge de travail afin d'atteindre les objectifs de rendement et recommander des ajustements si necessaire
Veiller a la conformite et au rendement des IRC
S'assurer que les processus de recrutement et d'integration repondent aux besoins du programme
Faciliter le recrutement, l'integration, l'evaluation et la retention du personnel
Formuler des recommandations concernant les changements operationnels et contribuer a leur mise en uvre
Collaborer avec les services internes lies au programme
Effectuer des audits de qualite pour assurer l'exactitude des flux de travail et des processus
Maintenir la qualite des dossiers cliniques et de la base de donnees GRC
Participer aux reunions internes et externes avec le/la client(e)
Appuyer la facturation et les previsions
Effectuer ou contribuer aux evaluations annuelles
Contribuer et coanimer les reunions hebdomadaires avec les client(e)s (ordre du jour, proces-verbaux, resolutions)
Organiser et diriger les reunions d'equipe
Identifier, signaler et saisir les evenements indesirables (EI) dans les systemes requis
Assurer le respect des exigences de pharmacovigilance et de signalement des EI
Participer aux audits des fabricants au besoin
Contribuer a la mise a jour des instructions de travail et des PON
Agir comme personne-ressource pour les escalades hierarchiques

JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Clinical Associate Program Manager is responsible for undertaking the management, planning, and implementation of specific programs/portfolio within a Patient Support Program. Additional responsibilities include education and training of new team members, process development and improvement across Canada, and ensuring team performance by reviewing weekly and monthly KPI targets. Acts as the main contact for all escalations on the team and provides timely resolutions and responses to operational inquiries.
QUALIFICATIONS

Ensure that the overall performance of the program and its respective services (patient coordination, medication management, etc.) is operating successfully
Ensure all team members are educated on the program, and all performance standards for the team are met or exceeded
Ensure all regional operational occurrences associated with the program are communicated to the Program Manager
Ensure workload measures meet performance targets and recommend changes if they do not meet targets
Ensure KPI's are within performance expectations
Ensure hiring and orientation processes are sufficient to support program needs
Facilitate recruitment, orientation, evaluation and retention of staff
Make recommendations for changes in operations and assist in execution
Collaborate with all internal departments delivering program services
Conduct quality audits to ensure accuracy of workflows and client-specific processes
Ensure clinical records and CRM quality are maintained
Attend internal and external client meetings
Assist with billing and forecasting
Complete and/or support annual evaluations
Assist and co-lead weekly client meetings (agenda, minutes, resolutions)
Organize and lead team meetings
Identify and report adverse events (AE's) to Health Canada, Med Info, and required systems
Ensure adherence to Pharmacovigilance guidelines and reporting requirements
Support manufacturer audits as needed
Maintain program work instructions and SOPs
Act as escalation point for team members

QUALIFICATIONS

Diplome en soins infirmiers (infirmier(ere) autorise(e) ou auxiliaire) avec permis valide
Excellentes competences en communication verbale et ecrite en anglais et en francais
Experience dans un programme pharmaceutique requise
Experience progressive en gestion d'equipe requise
Contribution aux initiatives d'amelioration de la qualite
Excellentes competences en gestion de projet, analyse de rendement et gestion des client(e)s
Solides competences organisationnelles et en mise en uvre de projets
Maitrise des outils informatiques (Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe, GRC, portails web, videoconferences)
Capacite a travailler de facon autonome, a prendre des decisions et a respecter les echeances
Experience en relations clients et/ou gestion de comptes avec interaction directe
Attitude positive et capacite a gerer et resoudre les conflits
Solides competences en pensee strategique et resolution de problemes
Excellentes competences en communication ecrite et verbale
Connaissance de la LPRPDE et des exigences de confidentialite des donnees patient
Disponibilite pour des deplacements au besoin

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of a Registered Nursing or Registered Practical Nursing Program with active license
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French
Pharmaceutical program experience required
Progressive team management experience required
Experience supporting quality improvement initiatives
Strong skills in project management, analytics, client and case management
Excellent organizational and project implementation skills
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe, CRM systems, web tools, and virtual meetings
Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and meet deadlines
Strong client relationship and/or account management experience
Positive attitude with strong conflict resolution skills
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of PIPEDA and patient confidentiality requirements
Willingness to travel as needed
