We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background to oversee the successful implementation of Manufacturing projects within our organization. The Program Manager will play a crucial role in managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business objectives. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Project Management: Lead the end-to-end project management process, from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget constraints. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments, including IT and all the business departments to define project requirements, expectations, and deliverables. Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and time, to optimize project outcomes and ensure efficient project execution. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, such as software providers and solution integrators, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of services. Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to monitor and evaluate project performance, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management. Proven experience 10 years as a Program Delivery Manager or similar role Demonstrated experience in collaborating on the implementation of SAP and others systems that could be linked with SAP. Experience implementing complex Manufacturing/Supply Chain projects with Cross-Functional teams. Strong project management skills (traditional, hybrid and-or agile), including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions. Results-driven approach with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes that meet or exceed business objectives.
