Pherson is seeking a seasoned Program Administrator to lead and oversee the delivery of training design and development services for a federal government client. The Program Administrator will lead planning and execution of the development and maintenance of security-related training products. This role provides programmatic and administrative oversight, including milestone tracking, quality control, strategic planning support, process improvement, and coordination with government and external partners. The Program Administrator will ensure timely, high-quality delivery while supporting meetings and operational initiatives. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Job Title: Program Administrator

Location: Linthicum Heights, MD

Operating Hours and Expectations: This position anticipates mostly remote work with one-day per week onsite. At times depending upon client requirements additional days on-site may be required. Standard work hours, Monday-Friday are anticipated.

Security Clearance: Active Secret Clearance Required

Position Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main POC for the client; communicate with client and other key stakeholders and provide detailed updates on project status; respond to requests for information from the client regarding contract activity.
  • Lead team in achieving overall project objectives and provide management guidance (including work tasking and performance feedback) across multiple work sites.
  • Ensure all program deliverables and milestones are met (including monthly reports, quarterly reports, implementation plan, and quality control plan).
  • Administer the overall program and coordinate activities with customers and key stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Current Secret Clearance.
  • A Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant managerial experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience managing the development of training programs.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting federal agencies in the execution of security-related programs.
