The Undersea Technology Portfolio, within SPA's Sea, Land, & Air Division, conducts rigorous and objective analyses to enable the Navy and other DoD organizations to make decisions, plans, and strategies to deliver emerging technologies and warfighting capabilities.  We support clients across the undersea, naval special warfare, and expeditionary warfare enterprises, including those within resourcing and requirements, acquisition, and science and technology.

SPA is seeking a Program Administrator to support NAVSEA's Naval Special Warfare Program Office.

Responsibilities

The Program Administrator will support NAVSEA's PMS 340 office by coordinating daytoday program operations, managing tasking and workflow, and ensuring effective communication across government and contractor teams. This role includes tracking program actions, supporting meeting and event coordination, maintaining operational documentation, and assisting leadership with planning, scheduling, and execution activities that keep PMS 340's mission running smoothly and efficiently

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, operations, or a related field

  • 2 years of experience in operations, program support, or administrative coordination

  • Experience supporting DoD or Navy program offices or operational environments

  • Active DoD Secret clearance

Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with NAVSEA processes, PMS 340 mission areas, or expeditionary or special warfare program operations

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks

  • Experience preparing briefs, tracking action items, or supporting leadershiplevel coordination
